Discounts of $50.00 are available to producers for certain organizational entities who have entered into an agreement with Charlie Horse Ranch to endorse or recommend CHR products. If you qualify, a refund for the correct amount will be issued when the payment is processed. Producers who are eligible for the discount are identified as one of the following:
British Columbia Barrel Racers Association Prime Producers - Must be confirmed by BCBRA.
BRN4D Prime Barrel Racing Producers - Must be confirmed by BRN4D.
NBHA State Districts (Like WA07, CA12, AL01, etc.). You must be listed on NBHA's web page as the director for that district.

All software is offered on a 10-day free trial basis. Once you purchase it, you have a non-transferable perpetual license. We do not charge you on a yearly basis. Upgrades are generally free, but never more than $25.00. After you purchase, there are no refunds, so use your 10 days to test the software according to your needs.
When you purchase, we mail you a CD and Manual via Priority Mail (except for International Clients). If you need the software sooner, please contact us and we will either arrange a download, or will activate your trial copy immediately. Activation can be done via EMail or over the phone.
Due to extreme increases in shipping costs to International Clients (including Canada and Mexico), we will no longer ship the products outside of the United States. All international sales will be "Download Only".

Riders entering the show via FastEnter or Local Terminal can send a comment to the producer containing special information ("Arrive Fri. Night, Camp with Jean.").
You can network computers, and even have a computer that does nothing but display real-time standings for an event.

Your riders can sign up and pay for the show online, using FastEnter.com. Draws and show results can be posted to FastEnter.com for on-line viewing.
Fixed payout and fixed percentage events are supported.
Producers can supply up to 15 categories of "other" fees for FastEnter processing.
You can have up to 12 different payout structures in a single show, and up to 9000 riders and 80 divisions/events per show. Payout tables are pre-defined for ACBRA, IBRA. NBHA (3-D, 4-D and 5-D) and BRN4D and you can define your own for other organizations. In addition, payout rules for WPRA and WBRA Open are built in.
Progressive Payouts are supported.
Riders can sign up for stalls, camp sites and many other services, both manually and with FastEnter.com.
Slack events are supported, where you can run several sections of an event, each with it's own draw.

It handles when to drag, payouts, carry-overs, multiple draws, and announcer's lists.
It automatically separates riders on multiple horses when doing the draw.
It can do 'x'-run averaging and/or target reporting for a single show and for multiple shows, and checks can be written for average/target payouts.
It can do high point reporting for a single show and for multiple shows.
It will project payouts based on number of signups and added money for each division, as well as showing interim results at any time.
It maintains a rider database which is automatically updated during each show, making signups fast and easy.
It will create a financial report to reconcile your cash box and show how much profit you made from the show.
You can extract the show data and the rider database to a file which can be used as input to a spreadsheet or database program for local reporting.
Member fields are provided for ACBRA, NBHA, BRN4D and WPRA, as well as 5 user defined member fields. Separate reports can be created for each one at the end of the show.
A field is maintained for NBHA District, and you can do separate district reporting.
You can create mailing labels from your rider database, and even limit them to recent riders and members. Duplicates (same address) can be automatically eliminated.
You can extract html files for porting to your web page. Post your draw and show results online!
You can provide your riders with "Split Time" reports, showing the how they can improve their rides. A detailed breakdown of the time to and around each barrel is reported, and you can earn extra income providing these reports.
It will write your jackpot payout checks for you, including signing them if you want. Optionally, it prints the rider's mailing address on the check for easy mailing in a #10 business window envelope.
