All software is offered on a 10-day free trial basis. Once you purchase it, you have a non-transferable perpetual license. We do not charge you on a yearly basis. Upgrades are generally free, but never more than $25.00. After you purchase, there are no refunds, so use your
10 days to test the software according to your needs.
When you purchase, we mail you a CD and Manual via Priority Mail (except for International Clients). If you need the software sooner, please contact us and we will either arrange a download, or will activate your trial copy immediately. Activation can be done via EMail or over the phone.

This software was designed especially for those producers who put on Junior Rodeos and other shows.
Each division within each event can have 1-D to 5-D jackpotting with up to 7 different payout tables available.
Networking is supported. You can use multiple computers at shows.
Team Events (like roping) are supported, as well as Rough Stock events (with random stock draws).
Round Robin Team Roping is supported with up to 5000 teams.
Your riders can sign up and pay for the show online, using FastEnter.com. Draws and show results can be posted to FastEnter.com for on-line viewing.
Drawpot Team Roping is supported (up to 4 rounds) with up to 5000 teams. Teams can be pre-defined or randomly drawn.
NRCHA (National Reined Cow Horse Association) events are supported, with Multiple Judge Scoring (up to 4 judges) with jackpotting.
You can have up to 5000 riders in each show, as well as up to 100 events and 40 divisions within each event. That gives you a potential of up to 4000 award categories per show. Riders can sign up for awards only, jackpots only, or both awards and jackpots.
Optionally, you can have the system automatically assign the rider's division, based on their age.
All events can be scored based on elapsed time or judge's score.
You can set your own payout structure, and use different 'D' time breaks for each event.
Each division within each event can have a sponsor name that shows on all reports.
It handles payouts, multiple draws, and announcer's lists.
It automatically separates riders on multiple horses when doing the draw.
It can do 'x'-run averaging for a single show and for multiple shows.
It can do high point reporting for a single show and for multiple shows.
It will project payouts based on number of signups and added money for each division, as well as showing interim results at any time.
It maintains a rider database which is automatically updated during each show, making signups fast and easy.
It will create a financial report to reconcile your cash box and show how much profit you made from the show.
You can extract the show data, team data and rider database to files which can be used as input to a spreadsheet or database program for local reporting.
You can create mailing labels from your rider database, and even limit them to recent riders.
You can extract html files for porting to your web page. Post your draw and show results online!
It will write your jackpot payout checks for you, including signing them if you want. Optionally, it prints the rider's mailing address on the check for easy mailing in a #10 business window envelope and combines all checks for a single rider into one.
